Responsibilities
- Own operational initiatives and special projects that improve workflows, strengthen operations, and help the team scale.
- Maintain operational accuracy and visibility by updating trackers and internal systems so deal status, documentation, and timelines remain current.
- Identify issues, gather missing information, resolve straightforward requests, and escalate when needed to keep deals moving.
- Coordinate operations between clients, Sales, Engineering, and other internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and accurately.
- Surface opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- Manage multiple active transactions while maintaining speed, precision, and attention to detail.
- Help buyers and sellers navigate the Garage platform and complete required actions.
- Identify ways to improve the user experience.
Requirements
- Take ownership, work autonomously, and proactively identify and drive solutions.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Engage customers and build trust through clarity, responsiveness, and professionalism.
- Prioritize and manage multiple active requests and deadlines efficiently.
- Navigate spreadsheets, trackers, and multiple data sources, and interpret and communicate insights clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- 3+ years of experience in operations, customer-facing, or analytical roles.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from frontline operators to CEOs, by phone and email.

- Proficiency with ticketing and project management tools such as Notion, Jira, or Linear.
