Administrative Business Partner I - Core Engineering
Supports senior Engineering and Product leaders by managing complex schedules, team operations, meetings, events, budgets, and travel. The role requires at least four years of administrative experience, executive-support experience in technology, strong organization, discretion, and proficiency with workplace tools.

Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars with minimal direction, prioritizing and making calendaring decisions based on business needs.
- Track team OKRs, attend cross-functional meetings, and escalate gaps or obstacles.
- Advise leaders on team dynamics and help solve challenges.
- Support organizational changes, team expansions, and onboarding of new team members.
- Prepare team meeting agendas and presentation decks, track action items, and take meeting notes.
- Coordinate events and offsites, including venue and vendor selection, contract review, communications, logistics, and budgets.
- Collaborate with the Global Events Team on large-scale, global, and virtual events.
- Manage employee morale, recognition, and travel budgets.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodations, and transportation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of administrative experience.
- 2+ years supporting VP- and Director-level executives within the technology industry.
- Experience handling confidential information with integrity.
- Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable taking ownership in ambiguous situations.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder-management skills.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, or equivalent experience.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base pay: $37.63/hr–$77.48/hr USD, equivalent to $78,270.40–$161,158.40 USD annually based on 2,080 hours.
- Eligible for equity.
