Key Responsibilities
Next-Gen Tech Evaluation: Own evaluation of GTM technology stack for AI-first scaling
Analytics: Design, build, and maintain analytics infrastructure tracking GTM performance
Strategic Insights: Provide key insights and recommendations on strategic decisions
Vibe Coding & Automation: Leverage AI development tools to rapidly build, iterate, and deploy custom tools, integrations, and automation workflows
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Post-Sales leaders to identify operational bottlenecks
Project Execution: Deploy and execute projects and strategic initiatives
Workflow Automation: Identify manual bottlenecks across lead-to-cash lifecycle and engineer automated solutions
Requirements
5+ years of experience in technical Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, or Sales Systems with emphasis on analytics and workflow automation
Proven track record using modern AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude Engineer, v0, etc.) to build functional tools, scripts, or workflows
Strong background in data analytics with clean data architectures, funnel metrics, and actionable reporting
Advanced experience with APIs, webhooks, and middleware (Zapier, Clay, Workato, Tray.io)
Deep technical expertise in Salesforce and GTM tools (HubSpot, Unify, Clay, n8n)
Strong ability to design relational data models and map complex business processes into automated system logic
Builder mentality with experience turning manual processes into scalable automated workflows
Ability to translate non-technical requirements into technical specifications
Nice to Haves
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or JavaScript for data manipulation and advanced automation
