Business Systems Analyst, Revenue Operations
Own Salesforce administration and build AI-powered revenue workflows across the go-to-market stack. The role partners with revenue teams on automation, data quality, integrations, and scalable systems, requiring strong Salesforce, RevOps, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Own Salesforce end-to-end, including users, permissions, flows, validation rules, custom objects, and data quality.
- Build and scale AI-powered RevOps workflows for email automation, AI-powered sales call preparation, automated deal desk processes, and closed-lost insights.
- Translate business requirements into reliable, maintainable technical solutions with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps leadership.
- Identify and eliminate manual work in revenue workflows through automation.
- Design human-in-the-loop systems that balance automation, quality, escalation management, and operational trust.
- Monitor integrations, resolve failures, and maintain accurate, timely data across the go-to-market stack.
- Document systems, workflows, and processes to support scaling, iteration, and onboarding.
- Partner with Enablement to provide inputs for training Sales on new systems and workflows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience in a startup environment.
- Salesforce Administrator certification strongly preferred.
- Experience owning complex Salesforce organizations with a focus on scale and data integrity.
- Production experience with AI-powered tools.
- Hands-on experience with Gong, Claude/Anthropic, Hex, or Clay is a strong plus.
- Experience with Slack workflows.
- Understanding of revenue operations workflows, including pipeline management, forecasting, lead routing, deal reporting, and win/loss analysis.
- Understanding of data movement between systems and common integration failure points.
- SQL or similar query skills and experience working with or alongside data teams.
- Clear communication, documentation, and executive presence.
- Proactive ownership and strong business acumen, with the ability to connect systems decisions to revenue outcomes.

- US base salary range: $140,000–$173,000 annually.
- Hybrid work from the San Francisco office; employees within 50 miles are expected to work in the office at least three times per week.
