Responsibilities
- Administer go-to-market business systems, including Salesforce, LeanData, Outreach, Gong.io, Chili Piper, ZoomInfo, and Workato, in partnership with Finance Operations.
- Build and deploy Salesforce automation, including flows, validations, and applications.
- Enhance existing systems and implement new features for Customer Success, Account Management, and Solutions teams.
- Analyze business requirements and system capabilities, write implementation specifications, and lead end-to-end implementations.
- Maintain clear documentation for systems builds and integrations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales/revenue operations or business systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience with Salesforce and go-to-market automation tools, including LeanData, Outreach, ChiliPiper, Workato, and Hightouch.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Experience using AI tools to automate workflows and processes.
- Ability to build elegant, efficient, and scalable solutions.
- Structured thinking and strong communication skills.
- High autonomy and a strong execution-oriented mindset.

- Salary range: $145,800–$182,200 annually.
