Responsibilities
- Own the go-to-market stack end to end, including architecture, data models, automation, and ongoing evolution.
- Build and run outbound infrastructure, including list building, enrichment, sequencing, delivery, and conversion tracking.
- Connect the CRM with marketing automation, financial systems, data warehouses, and support tooling.
- Own data contracts, field mapping, and synchronization logic across revenue systems.
- Run and optimize paid acquisition experiments across search, social, and content syndication.
- Build AI-powered workflows for enrichment, scoring, pipeline visibility, and representative productivity.
- Evaluate and integrate tools such as Clay, Gong, and Apollo.
- Translate leadership requirements into systems architecture, growth decisions, and a build-versus-buy roadmap.
- Generate qualified pipeline, integrate the revenue lifecycle, and run measurable growth experiments.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in growth engineering, marketing engineering, revenue operations, sales engineering, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with CRM configuration, automation, sequencing platforms, and integrations.
- Experience running outbound or paid acquisition motions, preferably at an early-stage company.
- Ability to read and write SQL, work with APIs, and build lightweight automations.
- Demonstrated ownership of outcomes and ability to drive cross-functional execution.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience building a go-to-market motion from scratch at a Series A–C company.
- Experience embedding AI or large language model tooling into growth workflows.
- Experience with B2B SaaS, fintech, or professional services revenue motions.
- Familiarity with product-led growth mechanics, including free trials, activation funnels, and expansion signals.
