Revenue Operations
Build and own Mercor’s foundational revenue operations infrastructure, including billing, invoicing, reconciliation, reporting, and scalable process automation. The role requires 4+ years of relevant experience, strong SQL skills, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Operations, and Engineering.

Responsibilities
- Oversee accurate tracking of customer-facing work and build dashboards and reports for revenue health, billing trends, and operational metrics.
- Reconcile large datasets across billing systems, CRM, and internal tooling to investigate and resolve revenue discrepancies.
- Identify root causes of data and revenue issues and implement durable fixes.
- Design scalable revenue operations processes from the ground up, identify manual bottlenecks, and scope automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with Engineering to build tooling that reduces manual operations.
- Maintain clean, reliable revenue data and enforce data hygiene practices across CRM, billing platforms, and internal databases.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, and Engineering on billing logic, contract terms, and reporting.
- Manage customer contracts and purchase orders for future work.
- Own invoicing across the customer base, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clear communication.
Requirements
- 4–10 years of experience in revenue operations, finance operations, accounting, or another analytically rigorous role at a technology company, startup, or professional services firm.
- Strong SQL skills, including writing queries to investigate data issues and produce reporting.
- Experience with billing or invoicing systems, CRM platforms, and spreadsheets at scale.
- Deep understanding of invoicing and monthly close processes.
- Detail-oriented, systems-thinking approach with strong analytical skills.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity.
- Degree ideally in finance, economics, computer science, accounting, mathematics, or another quantitative or analytical field.
Nice to Have
- Experience at a high-growth startup or building revenue operations processes from scratch.
- Familiarity with billing models in the human data space.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $150,000–$225,000 annually, plus meaningful equity.
