Banking Relationship Manager
Manages and expands banking relationships by selling checking, treasury, and sweep products to company executives and finance leaders. The role requires at least three years of outbound financial-services, fintech, or early-stage sales experience, quota attainment, and a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities
- Upsell existing card-only customers on Brex’s business account suite, including checking, treasury, and sweep products.
- Assist with Security Account Control Agreements (SACA) and cash covenants to support higher customer credit limits.
- Manage accounts strategically through inbound and outbound sales activities.
- Engage customers throughout the sales cycle, including prospecting, product demonstrations, onboarding, and closing.
- Develop strategic plans with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption, assets under management (AUM), and revenue.
- Complete daily training and enablement.
- Partner with Account Executives, Relationship Managers, Customer Success, and Client Sales to generate referrals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of outbound sales experience in financial services, fintech, or early-stage companies.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging executive and C-suite decision-makers.
- Experience carrying quota with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university.
Nice-to-haves
- Active or re-activatable Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
- Familiarity with Gong, Salesforce, Outreach, or similar sales tools.
Compensation
- Expected on-target earnings: USD $132,888–$166,110, including base salary and commissions.
- Equity and other compensation may be included depending on the position offered.
