Account Manager, Loyalty & Rewards

Own post-sale relationships and end-to-end launches for enterprise loyalty and rewards partners, coordinating cross-functional teams and driving program growth. Responsibilities

  • Own post-sale relationships for a portfolio of loyalty and rewards partners from kickoff through launch and ongoing growth.
  • Translate signed deals into concrete programs, including earn structures, redemption catalogs, offer strategy, funding models, and success metrics.
  • Manage launches end to end: build plans, drive timelines, resolve blockers, and track stakeholder deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary partner contact while coordinating Product, Engineering, Business Development, Compliance, and Marketing teams.
  • Lead recurring business reviews, report on program performance, identify spend and engagement insights, and recommend improvements.
  • Identify account expansion opportunities and provide context to Business Development.
  • Maintain account documentation, launch trackers, and internal reporting.
  • Bring partner feedback into product roadmap discussions.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Implementation, Partner Management, or Program Management.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs to deadlines with ownership of outcomes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and relationship-building ability.
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity and building processes without an established playbook.
  • Strong commercial instincts and a focus on measurable partner value.
  • Fluency with CRM, project-tracking, and spreadsheet tools.
  • Comfort using data to answer business questions.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with loyalty, rewards, card-linked offers, or fan engagement programs.
  • Understanding of card payments economics, including interchange, merchant funding, and program P&L.
  • Experience with fintechs, neobanks, issuers, or card program managers.
  • Experience coordinating with brand, entertainment, or merchant partners.
  • Familiarity with stablecoins, cryptocurrency, or digital assets.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $135,000–$165,000 annual salary.
