Responsibilities
- Conduct personalized email outreach, LinkedIn messaging, and cold calls to generate top-of-funnel activity.
- Book qualified meetings with CX and support leaders, including Heads of Support, VPs of Operations, and Directors of Enablement.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing on outbound campaigns and messaging experiments.
- Maintain clean, accurate HubSpot records and uphold pipeline discipline.
- Work with founders to refine the ideal customer profile and sales process.
- Help scale the company from $1M to $10M ARR.
Requirements
- Confidence making cold calls to prospects.
- Ability to write concise, clear, compelling emails.
- Interest in experimenting with messaging and learning what works.
