Leads AirOps’ research and thought leadership program by uncovering insights from large datasets and turning them into high-quality content, campaigns, and social storytelling. The role requires 7+ years of relevant experience, strong data-driven storytelling, cross-channel marketing expertise, and a distinctive brand perspective.

Responsibilities
- Set the tone, direction, and strategy for the research and thought leadership program in partnership with the CEO and CMO.
- Identify valuable data and emerging topics for research and thought leadership.
- Conduct original research using expert surveys, first-party product and usage data, and data analysis.
- Turn research insights into cross-channel campaigns and brand-awareness programs.
- Collaborate with product, events, design, product marketing, paid, and organic teams to create research-driven campaigns.
- Connect research to product strategy, launches, target buyers, and new industries.
- Own the voice, tone, and cadence of research-focused social posts and content.
- Establish and maintain a high quality bar for published work.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in thought leadership, content marketing, research, or equivalent.
- Experience producing research reports, insight surveys, and data-driven storytelling.
- Experience working with deep datasets and finding actionable insights.
- Ability and enthusiasm to use Claude Code and independently investigate datasets.
- Proven experience running cross-channel marketing campaigns across paid, organic, and in-person channels.
- Experience enabling customer-facing teams to use research and data in customer conversations.
- Strong brand point of view.
- Experience with corporate and founder social media.
- High agency, strong execution, and ability to work cross-functionally.
