Senior Solutions Architect - LATAM

Senior Solutions Architect supporting Portuguese- and Spanish-speaking customers through technical discovery, value presentations, POCs, RFPs, and security discussions across the sales cycle. Requires at least four years of technical sales experience, strong customer-facing communication, and collaboration with Product and Engineering.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery to identify and address customer needs.
Deliver pre-sales experiences that articulate Fin’s value and technical expertise.
Conduct value-based solution reviews and in-depth technical sessions.
Design and lead tailored proof-of-concept (POC) engagements.
Serve as the primary resource for RFPs and customer security questions, escalating complex issues as needed.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to represent customer feedback and influence product planning.
Build customer trust through empathy, curiosity, and proactive problem-solving.
Improve processes and contribute to a best-in-class Solutions Engineering playbook.
Support customer success and proactively address challenges.
Travel occasionally.

Requirements

Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish.
At least 4 years of experience in a technical sales role managing C-level technical and business relationships.
Strong technical acumen, including technical discovery and high-impact value presentations.
Ability to translate complex business challenges into tailored solutions for technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and influence product direction.
Familiarity with POCs, RFPs, and complex security questions.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, collaboration, and time-management skills.
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Compensation & Benefits

OTE salary range for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area or New York City: $231,100–$276,275 USD annually.
Actual base pay depends on education, skills, experience, and location.
Eligibility for a corporate bonus program or sales incentive, with target included in OTE.
Stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
