What You’ll Do
- Be willing to travel up to 35% of the time to client site, build on site, and demo
- Participate in the implementation process, aiding in the integration of our solutions into client settings
- Provide technical assistance and contribute to problem-solving during deployment and integration phases
- Work collaboratively with healthcare clients to understand their technology needs, compliance requirements, and patient care goals
- Support our development and engineering teams in crafting tailored solutions for the healthcare industry
- Help identify and address technical challenges encountered during project implementation
- Assist in creating and updating technical documentation to streamline client onboarding and system maintenance
- Keep informed about the latest trends in healthcare technology and regulations to help propose relevant solutions
What You Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Foundational knowledge of full-stack engineering principles and system design
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Javascript, React, and SQL
- Experience building 0-1 products
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities
- Eagerness to collaborate and ability to engage confidently with clients
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, client-focused healthcare environment
