About the role

What You’ll Do

  • Be willing to travel up to 35% of the time to client site, build on site, and demo
  • Participate in the implementation process, aiding in the integration of our solutions into client settings
  • Provide technical assistance and contribute to problem-solving during deployment and integration phases
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare clients to understand their technology needs, compliance requirements, and patient care goals
  • Support our development and engineering teams in crafting tailored solutions for the healthcare industry
  • Help identify and address technical challenges encountered during project implementation
  • Assist in creating and updating technical documentation to streamline client onboarding and system maintenance
  • Keep informed about the latest trends in healthcare technology and regulations to help propose relevant solutions

What You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Foundational knowledge of full-stack engineering principles and system design
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, Javascript, React, and SQL
  • Experience building 0-1 products
  • Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities
  • Eagerness to collaborate and ability to engage confidently with clients
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, client-focused healthcare environment
