Responsibilities

• Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions aligned with business objectives and implementation needs.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor to enterprise customers throughout their Claude adoption journey, from discovery and evaluation through deployment.
• Coordinate internally across multiple teams and stakeholders to drive customer success.
• Support customers building with the Claude API and Claude for Work.
• Create and deliver technical content for engineering, development, business, and executive audiences.
• Guide technical architecture decisions and help customers integrate Claude into their existing technology stacks.
• Help customers develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude's performance for specific use cases.
• Identify common integration patterns and share insights with Product and Engineering teams.
• Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops, technical deep dives, and relationship building.
• Maintain knowledge of LLM capabilities and implementation patterns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
• Native German speaker with fluent English proficiency.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate technical concepts to C-suite executives, engineering and IT teams, and other stakeholders.
• Strong technical communication skills, translating requirements between technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
• Comfortable with Python.
• Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools, or a background in machine learning or data science.
• Ability to collaborate across organizations, work through trade-offs, and balance competing priorities.
• Love of teaching, mentoring, and helping others succeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for using technology safely and beneficially to advance safe AI systems.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a relevant field, demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience.
