Talent Acquisition Partner
The Talent Acquisition Partner will recruit go-to-market and technical talent, build proactive candidate pipelines, and partner with business leaders on hiring strategy and candidate experience. The role requires 5+ years of recruiting experience, sourcing expertise, and proficiency with recruiting technology and metrics.

Responsibilities
- Build and nurture diverse candidate pipelines for go-to-market roles across Account Management, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, as well as Engineering and other technical teams.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop recruiting strategies, interview assessments, and competency-based processes.
- Use headhunting, market research, proactive outreach, and established talent pipelines to source candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
- Experiment with AI tools and insights to improve talent acquisition efficiency and decision-making.
- Act as an external brand ambassador through networking, sourcing, social media, employer branding, and talent attraction.
- Maintain knowledge of employment processes, policies, recruitment best practices, and market trends.
- Conduct compensation evaluations and negotiations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, including go-to-market and technical recruiting.
- Postsecondary degree or diploma, preferably in Business or Human Resources, or equivalent work-related Talent Acquisition experience.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for direct sourcing of passive candidates.
- Experience partnering with business leaders, managing expectations, and delivering a strong candidate experience.
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems, recruiting technology, process efficiency, and talent acquisition metrics.
- International recruiting experience is an asset.
