Enterprise Solutions Engineer
Solutions Engineer helping enterprise customers architect and implement voice AI integrations. The role partners with sales and product teams, creates technical demonstrations and enablement resources, and scales customer solutions through Python-based development and standardized integration patterns.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to strengthen the technical aspects of the sales process.
- Work with customer and prospective-customer technical contacts to provide tailored support and architect solutions.
- Create technical demonstrations that communicate the value of the voice AI platform.
- Develop technical enablement resources for the sales team.
- Build self-service tools and documentation that help customers implement solutions independently.
- Identify opportunities to standardize and scale integration patterns or features, partnering with product teams to deliver them.
Requirements
- Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products.
- Experience working directly with customers on technical problems; student clubs or side projects are acceptable.
- Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled.
- Strong customer, sales, and product empathy.
- Strong technical background in architecting integrations with existing customer solutions.
- Proficiency in Python, including software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
