Senior Advanced Delivery Architect – Advanced Services

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Wiz Advanced Services engagements as a designated technical expert, driving targeted outcomes that accelerate adoption and ROI.
• Advise customers on cloud security operational best practices and how to secure their cloud deployments.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, helping them make technical and process decisions aligned with business drivers, including larger organizational transformation.
• Guide customers on how Wiz integrates into broader security architectures and lead solutioning exercises to drive end-to-end operational gains.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in two or more of: Migrations & Integrations, Advanced Deployments, CSPM (Wiz Cloud), SDLC (Wiz Code), and Threat Detection & Response (Wiz Defend).
• Partner with strategic GSIs and key partners by assisting with deliveries, coaching partner consultants on Wiz delivery practices, reviewing partner-led implementations, and serving as escalation backup.
• Identify and communicate technical adoption risks within project delivery, collaborating with Delivery Managers and PMO as needed.
• Handle deeper tactical technical requests from the post-sales team.
• Capture and share delivery insights and reusable assets to strengthen the collective practice.
• Maintain current technical and functional knowledge of Wiz products, services, and adjacent technologies.
• Provide product feedback to product teams on customer-surfaced feature requests, gaps, and bugs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Professional Services, Consulting, Solutions Architecture, or similar.
• 3+ years of experience in cloud architecture/engineering, security architecture/engineering, or post-sales implementation/service delivery.
• Hands-on knowledge of at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP, including securing, administering, or architecting workloads.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates, or Helm.
• Expertise with containers and Kubernetes administration or architecture.
• Scripting or automation experience with Python, Bash, Rego, PowerShell, or equivalent.
• Understanding of modern software delivery practices, including SDLC, CI/CD, and DevOps tooling.
• Cloud security expertise across CSPM, CWPP, CIEM, CNAPP, and vulnerability management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging technical and executive stakeholders.

• Experience delivering software or SaaS professional services.
• Experience developing reusable delivery methods, toolkits, or best practices.
• Cloud provider associate or expert certifications.
• Kubernetes certifications such as CKA, CKS, or CKAD.
• Proven consulting skills, including managing customer expectations, leading technical outcomes to completion, navigating ambiguity, and guiding customers toward best practices.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
• Ability to lead and participate in internal initiatives, continuous organizational improvement, and peer collaboration.
