Leads post-sale technical strategy, delivery, adoption, and executive governance for complex Databricks customers and Data and AI workloads. The role requires 7+ years of technical program or project delivery experience, programming knowledge, customer-facing architecture or consulting experience, and strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities
- Lead post-sale technical account strategy and execution for strategic customers and multiple Databricks use cases.
- Serve as the accountable technical leader for onboarding, enablement, success, go-live, and healthy workload consumption.
- Act as the first contact for production and go-live technical issues, coordinating resolution across internal teams.
- Build and execute plans covering use-case production, user enablement and growth, product adoption, cloud cost control, tuning and optimization, and executive governance.
- Coordinate Shared Services, User Education, Onboarding/Technical Services, Support, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services resources.
- Create points of view for accelerating use cases into production and coordinate Professional Services engagement proposals.
- Navigate Product and Engineering teams for new-product innovations, private previews, and upgrades.
- Provide internal and customer-facing KPI updates on usage, customer health, investment status, risks, product adoption, and use-case progression.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects, sales, and field engineering teams to accelerate platform adoption and customer growth.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience accountable for technical project or program delivery in Data and AI.
- Programming experience with Python, SQL, or Scala.
- Customer-facing experience in pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting.
- Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems.
- Ability to connect business value and outcomes to project deliverables.
- Experience with technical program or project management, including account, stakeholder, and resource management.
- Experience resolving complex escalations with senior customer executives.
- Experience leading discovery workshops, strategic roadmaps, business analysis, and complex program or project delivery.
- Track record of overachievement against quotas, goals, or comparable targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to travel up to 30% when needed.
