Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for a dedicated business unit, from intake through offer.
- Headhunt and proactively source passive candidates through direct outreach, market mapping, networking, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Build and maintain ongoing talent and industry networks.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders on role scoping, market assessments, interview design, workforce planning, and business forecasts.
- Build trusted hiring-manager relationships and align recruiting activity with global business-unit needs.
- Manage and coach external recruitment agencies used for supplementary sourcing.
- Deliver a structured candidate experience from initial outreach through offer.
- Identify and proactively communicate pipeline gaps, stakeholder misalignment, and market constraints.
- Provide talent-market intelligence to the broader Talent Acquisition function.
- Manage inbound applications in Greenhouse and monitor, track, and report Talent Acquisition metrics, including quality of hire, pipeline health, and new-hire retention.
- Collaborate with regional and global Talent Management teams on HR and talent initiatives.
- Implement Talent Acquisition automation and process-improvement solutions, including artificial-intelligence initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in-house or agency environments; experience in both is preferred.
- Demonstrated strength in sourcing, networking, relationship building, and headhunting passive candidates.
- Proven ability to build proactive sourcing pipelines rather than relying primarily on inbound applicants.
- Experience partnering directly with senior hiring managers or business leaders.
- Strong stakeholder-management and consultative-communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing, screening, and recruitment tools.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and pipeline reporting; Greenhouse is preferred.
- Mandatory experience sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Fluent English; an additional regional language is a plus.
Nice-to-Haves
- Recruiting experience in cybersecurity, critical infrastructure, or adjacent technical and regulated industries.
- Experience managing or coaching external recruitment agencies.
- Familiarity with quality-of-hire measurement frameworks.
- Experience helping a Talent Acquisition function transition from reactive recruiting to a strategic model.
