About the job

Responsibilities

Scaling Existing Markets

  • Own improvement programs that make early-stage, manually run channels scalable.
  • Diagnose channel breakdowns using performance data, partner feedback, and frontline input.
  • Design, document, and implement processes for partner onboarding, deal registration, lead routing, escalations, and support handoffs.
  • Remove manual workarounds, bottlenecks, and single points of dependency.
  • Prioritize improvements by partner productivity, revenue, and operational risk.
  • Train affected teams, document new workflows, and verify that changes hold.

Launch Delivery and Market Readiness

  • Deliver channel launches end to end across international markets.
  • Create executable market plans with owners, milestones, dependencies, and dates.
  • Develop go-to-market plans covering partner profiles, recruitment, onboarding, and enablement.
  • Coordinate collateral, training, incentive mechanics, and support models.
  • Complete market-specific regulatory, legal, compliance, contracting, and due diligence requirements.
  • Hand off launched markets to day-to-day operating teams and update the global playbook.

Operating Model, Systems, and Data

  • Define operational workflows for onboarding, deal registration, quoting, commissions, payouts, and contract administration.
  • Partner with Sales Operations, Finance, tooling, and regional teams to implement channel systems.
  • Define reporting for partner pipeline, activation, and productivity by market and channel.
  • Surface risks to channel targets and forecasts early.

Alignment and Unblocking

  • Coordinate channel expansion across Product, Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, and Enablement.
  • Secure stakeholder commitments and manage deliverables and deadlines.
  • Resolve blockers, escalate decisions with clear recommendations, and broker cross-functional trade-offs.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and results to senior stakeholders.

Market Analysis

  • Support analysis of pricing, commission structures, and incentive models.
  • Research market and competitor channel programs and develop business cases.
  • Create decision-ready briefs with opportunities, options, commercial cases, and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales operations, business operations, program management, or channel-related roles.
  • Experience designing and implementing commercial processes from scratch and improving ineffective processes.
  • Track record of diagnosing operational problems and delivering lasting fixes.
  • Ability to run multiple complex, cross-functional programs concurrently and to deadlines.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, including performance data and financial models.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with market entry or international expansion.
  • Familiarity with channel sales models, partner programs, or indirect distribution.
  • Experience with commission, incentive, or partner payout processes.
  • Experience in technology, payments, financial services, or platform-based businesses.
  • Experience across European markets, APAC, or the US, and comfort working across time zones.
