Sales Operations Manager, Enablement

Owns the design, adoption, and support of go-to-market workflows across Sales and Customer Success, including systems implementation, manager inspection, and onboarding cohorts. Requires Salesforce and adjacent GTM systems expertise, strong workflow design skills, and experience leading training programs.

Responsibilities

  • Map day-to-day workflows for account executives, business development representatives, customer success managers, sales engineers, and their managers.
  • Design task, queue, and reporting experiences that standardize workflows across pods.
  • Build a manager inspection layer to monitor adoption on a defined cadence.
  • Run new-hire onboarding cohorts, including systems training, initial workflows, and ramp milestones.
  • Own change adoption for pricing, packaging, process, and tooling changes.
  • Re-architect broken workflows and create precise specifications for GTM Systems.
  • Provide frontline user support and manage the case queue, using Scribe Capture and Optimize to identify areas where representatives get stuck.

Requirements

  • Experience as a stakeholder or program owner in at least one CRM or systems implementation at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Ability to redesign and specify improvements to broken workflows.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and adjacent go-to-market systems.
  • Experience running onboarding or training cohorts end to end.
  • Comfort leading training sessions and office hours for large groups of field representatives.
  • Daily use of AI-native tools and commitment to dogfooding products.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience owning onboarding or enablement programs across Sales and Customer Success.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce administration, sales engagement platforms, or learning management and enablement tooling.
  • Background in B2B SaaS, ideally in a product-led growth or hybrid go-to-market motion.
