GTM Systems Manager
Own hands-on Salesforce, HubSpot, LeanData, enrichment, CPQ, and order-to-cash systems work within an existing GTM architecture. The role requires 5–7 years of Salesforce administration, RevOps, or GTM systems experience and offers a path toward broader architecture ownership.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Salesforce flows, validation rules, page layouts, and permission sets within existing architectural patterns.
- Provide production support by triaging outages, broken automation, and access issues, resolving or escalating them within SLA.
- Maintain LeanData routing graphs for leads, contacts, and accounts.
- Operate the enrichment stack, including Clay and PDL workbook upkeep, credit monitoring, and CRM hygiene.
- Administer HubSpot campaign architecture and lead-routing configuration.
- Partner with the Senior Manager, GTM Systems on CPQ configuration alongside Deal Desk.
- Complete well-defined tickets for the Salesforce-Django-ERP order-to-cash integration with Engineering.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in Salesforce administration, revenue operations, or GTM systems.
- Strong Salesforce administration fundamentals, including flows, validation rules, permission sets, page layouts, and sandbox-to-production change management.
- Ability to work within an existing architecture and build cleanly without immediately redesigning it.
- Comfortable with hands-on administration, ticket triage, and production support.
- Experience testing changes in a sandbox before production deployment.
- Daily use of AI-native tools such as Claude or Cursor.
- Interest in progressing from well-defined execution toward architecture ownership.
Nice-to-haves
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Experience with LeanData, Clay, or CPQ platforms.
- Exposure to Salesforce-to-ERP or billing integrations.
- Background in B2B SaaS, ideally product-led growth or hybrid go-to-market models.
