Supports the revenue technology stack through user administration, troubleshooting, integrations, vendor coordination, reporting, documentation, and workflow automation. The role requires experience supporting go-to-market teams and hands-on familiarity with revenue or sales tools.

Responsibilities
- Support execution of the technical roadmap across a 10+ tool revenue lifecycle technology stack.
- Provision users, provide support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain revenue technology tools.
- Support stakeholder requests and communication across the revenue technology stack.
- Identify gaps in processes, integrations, and automations; recommend and help implement improvements.
- Support evaluation, expansion, and rollout of new revenue technology solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors, including procurement support, renewals, and quarterly business reviews, in partnership with IT, Privacy, Legal, and Finance.
- Partner with Marketing Operations, IT, Enablement, Privacy, Legal, Revenue Strategy, Sales Strategy, and Sales Data Analytics on tool implementation, adoption, and reporting definitions.
- Build and maintain reporting and dashboards within revenue tools.
- Document workflows, support processes, and troubleshooting guidance for first-tier support and self-service.
- Use internal AI solutions to automate and streamline Revenue Technology and go-to-market workflows.
Requirements
- Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, system administration, or analytics supporting go-to-market teams.
- Hands-on experience with at least two revenue or sales tools, such as Gong, Clari, Outreach, Groove, ZoomInfo, Gainsight, or Kantata.
- Understanding of integrations, automations, permissions, data management, and how systems connect and share data.
- Experience using AI in daily workflows, ideally by building productivity-enhancing agents or artifacts.
- Exposure to workflow and tooling changes, vendor processes, tool evaluations, rollouts, requirements gathering, implementation planning, or enablement.
- Ability to identify workflow, process, and tooling gaps and turn them into practical improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience building or supporting reporting and dashboards.
- Clear, inclusive communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and communicate proactively in a remote, asynchronous environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Workato, Zapier, or large language model-powered workflows.
- Familiarity with business-to-business SaaS go-to-market motions.
- Experience with Salesforce reporting, business intelligence, SQL, or Python.
Compensation and Benefits
- United States base salary: $95,000–$160,800 USD annually.
