Oracle Procurement Lead
Leads architecture, configuration, integrations, governance, and lifecycle management for Cloudflare’s Oracle Fusion and Zip procurement ecosystem. The role requires 10+ years of Oracle Procurement experience, including at least five years with Oracle Fusion Procurement, plus strong S2P and integration expertise.

Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the long-term technical architecture for the procurement ecosystem, including scalability, security, and interoperability between Zip and Oracle Fusion.
- Design and optimize the global source-to-pay (S2P) process across sourcing, intake, purchasing, receipts, and payables.
- Lead Oracle Fusion Procurement configuration for requisitioning, purchasing, supplier portals, supplier master data, trade management workflows, and approval hierarchies.
- Manage integrations between Zip and Oracle Fusion, including requisitions, purchase orders, supplier master data, compliance screening, and in-flight changes.
- Lead discovery sessions with Global Procurement, Legal, and Accounting; translate business policies into system logic and automated workflows.
- Govern category codes, cost centers, tax attributes, and other data mappings between Zip and Oracle General Ledger.
- Manage quarterly Oracle updates and assess their impact on integrated procurement workflows.
- Lead adoption and governance of Oracle AI agents, ensuring automation is compliant, auditable, and effective.
- Oversee Oracle Fusion lifecycle management to support accurate financial reporting and spend visibility.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Procurement, including Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Model, and Contracts.
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement.
- Deep understanding of the S2P lifecycle, including purchase requisition and purchase order lifecycles, accounting, and contract lifecycle management.
- Experience managing API-based integrations between intake-to-procure tools and Tier 1 ERP systems.
- Ability to map complex cross-functional business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Experience establishing technical standards and governing system changes in production environments.
- Certification in a relevant Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement module.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience supporting an organization transitioning to the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Global Trade Management.
- Experience with third-party software such as Ironclad or Navan.
- Exposure to the data center infrastructure industry.
- Working knowledge of AI Agent Studio for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
