Responsibilities
- Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales operations workflows and processes.
- Develop and maintain policy documentation, procedure documentation, and training materials.
- Review sales processes and recommend efficiency improvements.
- Perform Salesforce data entry, cleanup, record updates, and basic issue investigation.
- Execute day-to-day sales operations tasks accurately and consistently.
- Monitor process adherence and report on compliance with established policies.
- Identify process gaps and inefficiencies and support improvement initiatives.
- Ensure operational tasks, approvals, and documentation are completed correctly and on time.
- Assist with Salesforce user access and partner logins.
- Track and compile data for operational reports and compliance monitoring.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, and cross-functional teams to refine workflows.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, administration, or a related support role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow procedures and complete repetitive tasks accurately.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, including basic data entry and navigation.
- Experience using Jira to track tasks and follow workflows.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Helpful, solutions-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $64,100–$102,900 annually.
- Eligibility for annual incentive compensation of up to 10%.
