Senior Product Marketing Manager, Growth

Responsibilities

  • Own strategy and execution for high-impact product launches.
  • Develop go-to-market plans and coordinate across product, marketing, sales, and enterprise teams.
  • Build B2B messaging frameworks for enterprise and corporate wellness audiences.
  • Create and manage enablement materials for sales, partnerships, and enterprise activation.
  • Lead positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for the integrated Function and Ezra MRI/CT scan product ecosystem.
  • Drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives across multiple product lines.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across member and enterprise touchpoints.
  • Develop strategies to deepen member engagement and retention.
  • Implement systems to track and improve member experience, and optimize customer journeys using data, feedback, and product changes.
  • Lead user and market research to inform product, messaging, and experience strategies.
  • Standardize research processes and tools for scalable insight generation.
  • Synthesize insights into recommendations for product and go-to-market decisions.
  • Collaborate across Product, Marketing, Design, Enterprise, Ezra, and Research teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally including growth and enterprise/B2B marketing.
  • Proven experience executing successful product launches across multiple channels.
  • Experience with enterprise or corporate wellness marketing, including messaging and enablement materials.
  • Experience with multi-product portfolios, product integrations, or cross-sell strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with user research platforms such as Dovetail or similar tools.
  • Ability to build standardized research processes.
  • Structured, analytical approach balanced with hands-on execution.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Intercom, Iterable, HubSpot, Brandwatch, YouGov, Dovetail, Asana, Linear, and Figma.
