Senior ABM & Campaign Manager

Responsibilities
- Build and own bespoke account-based marketing (ABM) programs for top accounts, partnering with Sales on account tiering, buying group mapping, and activation plays.
- Design and run integrated campaigns across paid media, email, content syndication, webinars, gifting, and meeting-maker programs.
- Partner with Field Marketing and Events on pre-event targeting, digital amplification, and post-event retargeting.
- Develop campaign architecture, messaging, and creative with Product Marketing, Brand, Design, and Content teams.
- Run testing and experimentation across ad creative, landing pages, targeting, and channel mix to improve conversion.
- Work with RevOps as the business owner of the demand generation and ABM stack, evaluating, buying, or building AI tooling.
- Own account penetration and pipeline contribution against new-logo goals, campaign performance, and success reporting.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, campaigns, or ABM, preferably in SaaS or AI-native/digital-first companies.
- Experience marketing to technical decision-makers and practitioners in engineering, IT, or cybersecurity.
- Proven ability to build and scale integrated campaigns across digital, events, content, and account-based channels.
- Deep ABM expertise, including account tiering, buying group mapping, intent data, orchestration, and measurement.
- Experience working with digital agencies across paid social and search.
- Fluency with marketing automation and campaign operations tools such as Marketo or HubSpot, including lead lifecycle management.
- Data-driven approach and comfort using reporting tools such as Hex or Tableau.
Compensation
- US base salary: $190,000–$225,000, plus equity and benefits.
