GTM & Product Marketing Lead
Leads global product positioning and GTM strategy while running North American go-to-market execution. The role requires 4–7 years in product marketing, GTM strategy, or enterprise sales, strong commercial storytelling, and experience with segmentation, sales enablement, and competitive positioning.

Responsibilities
- Own global product positioning, value propositions, messaging architecture, segmentation, ICP methodology, and buyer personas.
- Lead competitive intelligence, positioning frameworks, battlecards, and competitive strategies.
- Create core sales playbooks and enablement materials for the revenue organization.
- Run North American GTM hands-on, including target segments, priority verticals, regional messaging, and campaign prioritization.
- Provide strategic support for enterprise opportunities, including deal strategy, positioning, and RFP responses.
- Manage account lists for business development targeting.
- Design lifecycle and reactivation campaigns with marketing and sales.
- Plan events with Field Marketing and Sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 4–7 years of experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, or enterprise sales.
- Experience ideally in fintech, compliance technology, fraud prevention, or data infrastructure.
- Ability to translate technical products into clear commercial narratives.
- Experience building segmentation frameworks, sales playbooks, and competitive positioning used by sales teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
- Must be based in the Bay Area with authorization to work in the USA; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
- Role is fully in-person at the Santa Clara office.
