Acquisition Manager
The Acquisition Manager will grow Airbnb’s professional host and partner network across the DACH region through prospecting, sales, onboarding, relationship management, and market development. The role requires 6+ years of sales experience, strong B2B business development skills, data fluency, and German and English proficiency.

Responsibilities
- Prospect and onboard high-quality professional hosts in the assigned territory, continuously building and managing a strong pipeline.
- Create and deploy scalable strategies to acquire Professional Hosts across the region.
- Represent Airbnb in external meetings with Professional Hosts as a credible market expert.
- Analyze data and make data-driven recommendations to identify strategic opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Develop deep knowledge of assigned markets across DACH.
- Build and manage partner relationships within the assigned territory.
- Maintain a baseline understanding of technical integrations with software partners and provide appropriate client support.
- Educate clients about significant product changes and relay product and policy feedback to internal stakeholders.
- Deliver timely, exceptional service to professional hosts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, communications, public policy, and customer support teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years of sales experience.
- Strong B2B sales and new business development experience.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work at strategic and tactical levels and execute in ambiguous environments.
- Excellent client communication skills.
- Experience building and strengthening relationships with external partners.
- Comfort performing data analysis and making decisions based on results.
- Willingness to travel to assigned markets.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and balance short- and long-term initiatives.
- Highly proficient in CRM software; Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Charismatic, resourceful, and self-sufficient.
- Fluency in German and English.

Compensation and Benefits
- Germany annual pay range: €71,000–€84,000 EUR.
- May be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
