About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Account Executives managing expansion within Scribe's existing mid-market accounts.
  • Drive accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management across the team's book of business.
  • Coach the team through multi-stakeholder deal cycles and help build relationships across managed accounts.
  • Build account plans that identify expansion opportunities and position additional Scribe products to new buyers within existing accounts.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Enablement, and Product to support customer outcomes and revenue growth.
  • Establish coaching, enablement, and development practices for a repeatable mid-market expansion motion.
  • Provide hands-on support during critical moments in sales cycles and customer strategy.

Requirements

  • 2+ years managing Account Executives, ideally in a high-growth startup.
  • Experience leading AEs who grew revenue within existing accounts, rather than only closing new logos.
  • Experience managing teams selling into organizations with 1,000 to 5,000 employees.
  • Experience coaching AEs through multi-stakeholder deal cycles and buying groups.
  • Experience expanding existing accounts through net-new product and platform sales, rather than renewals.
  • Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and deal inspection skills.
