What you'll do:

What we're looking for:
Experience in digital advertising sales, preferably with performance advertisers.
Proven ability to manage mutually beneficial client accounts independently.
Strong knowledge of digital ad technologies across Search, Shopping, Display, and Social.
Effective at managing multiple priorities and achieving goals in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication; skilled at building lasting partnerships.
Demonstrates curiosity and a willingness to explore AI tools to improve day-to-day productivity, including campaign setup, performance reporting, client communications, and research. Leverages AI to work more efficiently, whether it's streamlining optimizations, preparing for client meetings, or surfacing insights from campaign data, while maintaining attention to detail and a high bar for accuracy.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Manage a large book of business for performance marketing clients, driving revenue growth through strategy, optimization, and relationship management. Requires 3-5 years of digital performance marketing experience and strong analytical and communication skills.
