Responsibilities
- Embed with customer stakeholders and operational leaders to understand complex, high-stakes business problems.
- Translate ambiguous business objectives into validated, high-impact Agentic AI solutions.
- Partner with Sales, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success as the technical authority during pre-sales evaluations.
- Lead strategic AI workshops and proofs of concept to validate technical feasibility.
- Capture customer pain points, integration patterns, and platform limitations to influence Product and Engineering roadmaps.
- Navigate enterprise cloud, on-premises, and data-pipeline environments to assess integration feasibility.
- Advise on and prototype custom data connectors, orchestration logic, and full-stack AI systems.
- Discover and advise on multi-agent architectures and fine-tuned models tailored to customer data, domain, and security requirements.
- Demonstrate multi-step prompts, retrieval pipelines, and decision logic integrating with CRMs, ERPs, and custom APIs through the MCP framework.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a high-impact, customer-facing technical role such as AI architecture, technical consulting, high-touch sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting for SaaS or AI products.
- Demonstrable expertise in the modern AI/ML stack, including LLMs, generative AI concepts, vector databases, and agent orchestration frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, and JavaScript/TypeScript, with hands-on experience using LLM frameworks.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to communicate technical trade-offs, value propositions, and project plans to engineering teams and C-suite executives.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, take ownership of outcomes, and deliver measurable customer results under tight timelines.
