GTM Engineer - Revenue Operations
Build and scale AI-powered GTM workflows, integrations, dashboards, and alerts across the revenue technology stack. The role requires hands-on experience with Vercel, Clay, Salesforce, automation platforms, AI coding tools, APIs, and production workflow ownership.

Responsibilities
- Build and ship AI-powered workflows, agents, and automations that improve productivity for sales representatives and managers.
- Turn Salesforce, warehouse, and usage data into actionable dashboards, scores, and alerts.
- Audit the GTM technology stack, identify gaps and overlap, and prioritize improvements.
- Triage field requests and rapidly deliver rep-productivity workflows.
- Decide when to use low-code tools versus custom AI-powered solutions built with Claude Code.
- Design workflows with upstream and downstream system implications in mind.
- Integrate third-party APIs, events, and information across GTM systems.
- Document workflows and systems so they are discoverable, understandable, and trustworthy.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, workflow automation, or technical Revenue Operations, ideally at a high-growth AI-native B2B company.
- Production experience building custom internal GTM applications and agents on Vercel, including durable workflows and sandboxed execution.
- Fluency with AI coding assistants and agent tooling such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
- Hands-on experience using Clay for enrichment and workflows.
- Direct Salesforce experience, including knowledge of its data model and CRM-level changes.
- Experience owning end-to-end AI and automation workflows.
- Proficiency with n8n, Zapier, Make, Workato, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of APIs and webhooks.
- Strong judgment in choosing between low-code and custom solutions.
- Experience at high-growth B2B technology companies.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with enrichment and data-provider ecosystems beyond Clay.
- Experience building warehouse reporting and alerting with BigQuery or Databricks and BI tools such as Sigma or Hex.
- Experience with agent platforms including Gumloop, n8n, or Notion Agents.
- Experience with agent frameworks such as Vercel AI SDK, Claude Agent SDK, or Mastra.
- Experience with technical software sales cycles and complex GTM motions.
- Experience consolidating and rationalizing messy technology stacks.
- Systems-thinking skills, including separation of concerns and composable, maintainable solutions.
- Comfort working through ambiguity and iterating quickly.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $175,000–$215,000.
