Responsibilities
- Own website strategy, prioritization, roadmap, and technical foundation across international markets.
- Design and ship technical growth products, including personalized landing-page builders, interactive voice demos, AI-powered prospect experiences, paid-media automation tools, and intent-signal agents.
- Leverage Decagon’s AI stack, Salesforce, and marketing tools to build growth products and integrations.
- Establish testing infrastructure and a structured experimentation cadence for conversion-rate optimization.
- Hire and mentor specialists in website execution, SEO/AEO, and related functions.
- Partner with growth and demand generation, product engineering, and regional sales leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Experience with growth or marketing and a track record of shipping technical products.
- Experience owning a company website or comparable technical growth surface as a product, including strategy, prioritization, and outcomes.
- Full-stack technical growth experience, including CMS architecture, APIs, integrations, and AI-powered tooling.
- Experience building and shipping growth-oriented products or tools.
- Strong technical judgment to evaluate and manage SEO/AEO and website-operations specialists.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and determine future team structure.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience launching websites or product experiences across multiple international markets or languages.
- Experience with AI/LLM-powered tooling in a growth or marketing context.
- Experience with Clay, Webflow, Gumloop, or Dust.

- $180,000–$225,000 annual base salary plus equity.
