Software Engineer, GTM
Build and own production software and integrations that power lead routing, pipeline management, forecasting, deal workflows, and revenue data. The role partners directly with founders and GTM leadership and requires strong engineering and systems-design skills in an onsite San Francisco environment.

Responsibilities
- Build and own production systems for the go-to-market organization, including lead routing and enrichment, pipeline and forecasting tooling, scoring, deal-desk workflows, and revenue data infrastructure.
- Develop services and integrations spanning CRM, product, and billing data.
- Design systems that provide a unified source of truth for the revenue organization and scale with the company.
- Use no-code tools when appropriate, while building custom production software when needed.
- Dogfood the company’s products within internal revenue systems and feed learnings back into the product roadmap.
- Partner closely with founders and go-to-market leadership as both an engineer and systems designer.
- Own systems end to end, including their outcomes, maintenance, and impact on revenue.
Requirements
- Ability to ship and own production software.
- Strong software engineering and systems-design capability.
- Ability to integrate CRM, product, and billing systems.
- Comfort working directly with revenue and go-to-market teams.
- Ability to work onsite in San Francisco five days per week.
Compensation and Benefits
- $160,000–$200,000+ based on experience, plus equity.
