- Build experiments across acquisition, onboarding, and activation.
- Improve the website, signup flow, and product onboarding.
- Own instrumentation, attribution, and funnel analysis.
- Build lead scoring, enrichment, and sales automation.
- Connect product usage with marketing and sales systems.
- Launch channels across ads, marketplaces, and product-led loops.
- Ship growth-oriented product features end-to-end.
- Turn successful experiments into reliable systems.
Requirements
- Pragmatic full-stack engineering experience with the ability to ship independently.
- Proficiency with TypeScript, modern web applications, APIs, and data.
- Interest in customers, positioning, marketing, and sales.
- Ability to use data to form hypotheses and evaluate results.
- Strong attention to copy, UX, conversion, and business outcomes.
- Systems-oriented approach to building reliable solutions rather than one-off scripts.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in growth engineering, GTM engineering, technical revenue operations, or founding a product.
- Experience with developer tools, B2B SaaS, or AI products.
Compensation
- $150,000–$225,000 annual salary.
