Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end scheduling for virtual and onsite interviews.
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to anticipate needs, resolve conflicts, and keep interview processes moving.
- Manage onsite logistics, including candidate greetings, travel, room setup, and hospitality.
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and recruiting tools, ideally Greenhouse.
- Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-schedule, interview-to-offer ratio, and candidate experience feedback.
- Support recruiting data reporting and refine dashboards for leadership visibility.
- Identify and implement operational improvements that increase efficiency and improve candidate experience.
- Partner with the People team on onboarding, headcount planning, and talent reporting projects.
- Support hiring program rollouts, referral campaigns, and brand events.
- Own an operational initiative within the first 90 days, such as interview training materials, scheduling automation, or data audits.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in recruiting coordination in a high-growth environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with precision under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with candidates, hiring managers, and executives.
- Comfort with data tracking and reporting using Google Sheets, Excel, or ATS dashboards.
- A proactive, process-improvement mindset.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
