Responsibilities
- Lead small and large project teams through discovery, design, build, configuration, and implementation for healthcare and life sciences customers.
- Develop comprehensive project plans aligned with stakeholder objectives.
- Track resource allocation, milestones, budgets, and timelines; take corrective action as needed.
- Identify, manage, escalate, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Build relationships with customer sponsors and stakeholders to identify future opportunities and develop an industry network.
- Own project management throughout engagements, including discovery and requirements workshops, solution collaboration, execution, and stakeholder communication.
- Manage project operations, scope, methodologies, standards, and deliverables such as status decks, milestone kickoff decks, project plans, burn reports, RAID logs, and build progress trackers.
- Create and revise work plans to address changing needs and requirements.
- Identify staffing needs and assign project team responsibilities.
- Drive change-order processes, including estimates, assumptions, deliverables, and timelines.
- Participate in customer training and implementation initiatives.
- Continuously improve project implementations through reviews, lessons learned, and best practices.
Requirements
- Strong professional experience in project management.
- Life sciences or pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Experience managing software or custom development implementations, ideally in a consulting environment.
- Ability to collaborate across global internal and external teams and influence contributors and stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical and strategic-thinking skills, with experience managing the complete lifecycle of complex enterprise projects.
- Understanding of project management concepts, data modeling, theories, practices, and methods.
- Experience facilitating meetings, building consensus, and interacting with project sponsors.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies.
- Experience with Waterfall and/or Scrum methodologies.
Nice-to-haves
- PMP or Scrum certification.
- Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Administrator or Platform App Builder.
- Salesforce or CRM implementation experience in the life sciences and healthcare sectors.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fully remote role with required EST time-zone overlap from 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST.
