Manages concurrent external customer implementations from post-sale handoff through launch and stabilization, including integrated planning, governance, risk management, UAT, and readiness. Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of concurrent customer implementations and personally lead delivery for complex strategic accounts from approved solution through launch and stabilization.
- Convert approved scope and functional workplans into integrated project plans with milestones, accountable owners, dependencies, decision dates, stage gates, and acceptance evidence.
- Establish and control critical paths, baselines, forecasts, risks, dependencies, and change control.
- Lead implementation governance, including kickoffs, workstream reviews, status meetings, risk and decision reviews, readiness gates, and executive steering committees.
- Drive risk mitigation and recovery plans, resolve customer, vendor, and internal dependencies, and escalate with evidence, options, recommendations, and decision deadlines.
- Lead implementation-specific client communication while partnering with Customer Success on broader relationship management.
- Coordinate UAT planning, participants, schedules, entry and exit criteria, defect triage, retesting, and sign-off tracking.
- Maintain launch-readiness views and coordinate technical, operational, clinical, and customer approvals.
- Coordinate launch, stabilization, closure, and transition to Customer Success and Support.
- Surface shared-resource conflicts and recommend sequencing options to leadership.
- Maintain project-management systems as the source of truth and recommend improvements to PMO playbooks, stage gates, and templates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project or program management experience in B2B software, healthcare technology, platforms, or technology-enabled services.
- Direct ownership of external customer implementations from post-sale handoff through launch.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent implementations or complex, multi-workstream strategic accounts.
- Strong experience with integrated planning, critical-path management, RAID management, change control, and delivery forecasting.
- Experience leading client governance and executive steering committees.
- Experience coordinating UAT, defect triage, launch readiness, cutover, and stabilization.
- Project-management-level fluency across APIs, integrations, data flows, identity, environments, security reviews, and testing dependencies.
- Experience partnering with implementation engineers, technical consultants, or solution architects without assuming their responsibilities.
- Strong written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
- High data discipline in project-management and portfolio-reporting systems.

- EMR or clinical-workflow implementation experience.
- Experience coordinating pharmacy, laboratory, clinician-network, credentialing, licensing, or multi-state operational dependencies.
- Professional-services or client-delivery experience with distinct project-management and technical implementation responsibilities.
- Experience working within tiered delivery models.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent training.
