Senior Technical Program Manager
Leads complex UAV software development programs across multidisciplinary teams, managing plans, budgets, requirements, dependencies, and risks. Requires strong project-management knowledge, leadership, scheduling-tool proficiency, and experience with both agile and waterfall processes.

Responsibilities
- Manage complex software development projects from initiation through delivery, including budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Lead projects spanning hardware and software engineering, legal, safety and security, business and commercial development, finance, supply chain, and operations.
- Run multiple projects and advanced programs comprising interrelated projects with substantial autonomy.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering internal and external product deliverables across all program phases.
- Track deliverables, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks, and communicate status to senior management and stakeholders.
- Gather, consolidate, and track product and technical requirements as a single source of truth throughout development.
- Identify, catalog, assess, and report program risks, and manage risk mitigation through the program lifecycle.
- Apply both waterfall and agile project-management processes.
Requirements
- Experience managing complex software development projects from start to finish.
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, resources, and multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams.
- Experience using scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
- Significant experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong leadership, time-management, organizational, and team-management skills.
- Knowledge of project-management principles and practices.
- Ability to identify and manage risks, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and make sound decisions under pressure.
