Responsibilities
Own and manage Prompt's Open API roadmap, prioritizing enhancements that expand what partners and customers can build on the platform.
Manage EHR integrations end-to-end, ensuring reliable, standards-based connectivity with major electronic health record systems.
Own and grow the partnership with Kno2, driving enhancements to integration and interoperability capabilities.
Serve as the technical product point of contact on sales, customer, and partner calls involving EHR or API-based integrations.
Lead development and ongoing maintenance of the Patient Portal.
Help oversee and guide the DevOps roadmap in partnership with engineering.
Maintain current knowledge of CEHRT certification and CMS Interoperability Pledge requirements.
Coordinate multiple cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, and external partners.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience working with healthcare APIs, FHIR, HL7, and key healthcare data flows.
Experience managing or owning an open/public API.
Experience integrating with major EHRs such as Epic, Cerner (Oracle Health), and athenahealth.
Ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.
Comfortable participating in sales, customer, and partner calls.
Detailed knowledge of HIPAA requirements.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to articulate thoughts and decisions to senior leadership.
Experience with Scrum and Agile product development methodologies.
