Senior Technical Program Manager

Leads complex, cross-functional technical programs spanning product, engineering, data, and security, translating strategy into predictable execution and scaled adoption. The role requires senior stakeholder leadership, strong communication, risk management, and experience with SaaS, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or AI/ML initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end technical programs across product, engineering, data, and security, from initial scope through launch and continuous improvement.
  • Translate strategic vision into actionable roadmaps and align executive leaders and senior stakeholders on priorities and tradeoffs.
  • Coordinate distributed teams across time zones through asynchronous communication, providing structure, clarity, and regular status updates.
  • Develop and maintain program plans, identify and mitigate risks and dependencies, and facilitate decisions balancing speed, quality, and customer impact.
  • Partner with customer success and cross-functional teams on communication plans and operational workflows.
  • Champion collaborative excellence, continuous improvement, innovation, and organizational values.

Requirements

  • Experience leading technical program initiatives in product, engineering, data, or security environments, delivering complex programs from inception through scaled adoption.
  • Ability to define strategy and create clarity in ambiguous environments.
  • Background in SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or DevOps technology companies, with the ability to learn AI/ML initiatives.
  • Experience influencing at division and company-wide scale and affecting market position and revenue.
  • Cross-functional leadership experience with engineering, product, and security teams, including senior and C-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, including asynchronous collaboration, executive reporting, and translating technical complexity into business impact.
  • Success in fast-paced environments with evolving technical requirements and market opportunities.
  • Strong facilitation, influence, consensus-building, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience communicating with executive boards and enterprise customers.
  • Experience redefining organizational operations and resolving complex enterprise-level challenges.
  • Experience leading complex reliability programs across multiple engineering organizations.
  • Visionary leadership that shapes R&D direction and fosters technical excellence.

Compensation and Benefits

  • United States base salary range: $203,200–$345,600 USD.
  • Benefits include flexible paid time off, team member resource groups, equity compensation and employee stock purchase plan, growth and development fund, and parental leave.
  • The stated salary range excludes bonuses, equity, and benefits.
