Responsibilities
- Build the NPI process from scratch, including stage-gate definitions, readiness criteria, and ECO/change discipline across compute racks and medium-voltage switchgear.
- Lead and develop the NPI technical program management team, allocating three TPMs across six product families.
- Own portfolio-level program visibility, status reporting, and risk reporting.
- Establish transfer-to-manufacturing standards and production handoff exit criteria with manufacturing engineering.
- Maintain clear RACI ownership between TPMs and engineering technical leads.
- Manage concurrent NPI programs across multiple product lines and keep schedules, readiness, and risks visible.
- Enforce change discipline involving ECOs, deviations, and readiness criteria.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in NPI or program management at a hardware OEM or ODM.
- 3+ years leading TPM or NPI teams.
- Experience building stage-gate processes, readiness criteria, and ECO discipline from scratch.
- Experience leading and developing TPM or NPI teams.
- Experience managing multiple product lines simultaneously.
- Ability to create lightweight NPI processes that engineers adopt and use.

Compensation
- Annual salary range: $208,000–$263,000.
