Payer Partnerships Lead
Leads strategy, relationship management, and deal execution for Nourish’s health plan partnerships. The role requires strategic experience, commercial judgment, executive communication, and strong cross-functional operating skills.

Responsibilities
- Own a revenue-generating book of 5–10 top health plan relationships, defining account strategies and executing partnership plans.
- Develop and lead Nourish’s health plan partnership strategy and serve as the primary external representative.
- Build trusted relationships and executive networks with payer leaders.
- Structure, negotiate, and close innovative agreements, including value-based care models.
- Tailor and present Nourish’s value proposition to VP- and C-suite audiences.
- Bring payer insights to product, clinical, growth, and operations teams to inform strategy and new products.
- Manage competing priorities and a high volume of work with strong operational discipline.
- Travel occasionally for conferences and priority payer meetings.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in strategic roles such as management consulting or business operations.
- Strong commercial mindset and executive presence.
- Ability to craft compelling narratives and influence VP- and C-suite stakeholders.
- Experience building client relationships in consulting, strategy, partnerships, go-to-market, or a high-growth startup.
- Strong operational, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Collaborative approach and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and 0-to-1 work.

Work Arrangement
- Full-time role for NYC-based candidates, with in-person work expected 3–4 days per week and some remote flexibility.
