Partner Marketing Manager - ANZ

Core Responsibilities
Partner Marketing Execution & Support
- Collaborate with partners to design and execute joint marketing campaigns, including webinars, events, and digital advertising.
- Develop co-branded materials such as whitepapers, solution briefs, and social media content.
- Manage Market Development Funds (MDF) to support partner-led marketing initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to incorporate focus partners into existing company-led marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate logistical tasks for GSI and CSP partners as directed.
Relationship & Event Execution
- Serve as a primary marketing contact for assigned focus partners and support relationship maintenance and communication.
- Build and execute regional events in ANZ, including Partner Connects and Partner Forum events.
- Support in-region technology alliance events such as AWS Summits.
- Showcase partner achievements and solutions through case studies, blogs, and videos.
- Maintain regular communications with partners about product updates, campaigns, and marketing best practices.
Demand Generation
- Work with partners to create demand-generation campaigns and events that attract and convert leads.
- Facilitate lead sharing between the company and partners, ensuring accountability and follow-through.
Reporting
- Measure the effectiveness of partner marketing initiatives in driving pipeline, revenue, and adoption.
- Use data and partner feedback to refine strategies and improve program outcomes.
Internal Team Alignment & Planning
- Collaborate with the partner sales team to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.
- Embed partner marketing strategies into global and regional marketing plans.
- Ensure partner messaging aligns with broader product positioning and go-to-market strategy.
Key Performance Indicators
- Deliver assigned co-branded marketing activities on time and within budget.
- Increase partner activation through co-marketing materials and joint campaigns.
- Ensure timely submission of MDF claims for executed activities.
- Contribute to partner-attached pipeline goals through assigned execution activities.
