Leads Stripe’s strategic engagement with payment advisory firms across APAC, building scalable partner programs that drive awareness, RFP inclusion, and commercial opportunities. Requires extensive payments experience, advisory-firm engagement, complex project leadership, and strong cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities
- Define and build a scalable program to engage strategic payment advisory firms individually and broadly.
- Engage firms through thought-leadership exchange and education about Stripe.
- Define success metrics and iterate based on results.
- Coordinate internal subject-matter experts and resources to respond to partner requests.
- Define an incentives program for payment advisors that accounts for their role as agnostic advisors.
- Collaborate with Stripe marketing, analyst, industry, product, and go-to-market teams.
- Develop and evolve the role within the A&C organization.
- Present innovative payments solutions, including stablecoins and agentic commerce, to partners and their clients.
- Organize and conduct periodic business reviews with each partner.
- Meet business-development targets through partner relationships.
- Ensure Stripe is included in relevant RFP consideration sets and opportunities.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in payments or operations at a leading technology company, or in a payments-industry consultancy.
- 5+ years of experience working for or with payment advisory firms.
- Experience leading complex payment projects, including implementation and optimization.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity in an unstructured, fast-moving environment.
- Self-starter who can drive business results with limited supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue commercial opportunities through partners and structure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Excellent presentation and public-speaking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Industry experience in retail, hospitality, insurance, media, or healthcare.
