Senior Applied Value Engineer - Hi-Tech

Responsibilities

• Understand customers’ AI strategies and business-critical challenges, translating requirements into Celonis solutions.
• Identify strategic priorities and frame high-impact use cases.
• Build demonstrations, business cases, value assessments, and proof-of-value projects.
• Communicate value opportunities and strategic roadmaps to C-level executives.
• Facilitate business value workshops and identify opportunities for process enhancement.
• Derive improvement measures, initiate enterprise-wide change initiatives, and present realized value to senior management.
• Own the end-to-end customer value journey, including landing, adoption, expansion, and renewal.
• Build strategic expansion roadmaps and drive adoption of Celonis Process Intelligence.
• Collaborate with partners, Celonis Services, and IT teams across multiple projects.
• Provide product-development feedback based on new use cases.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in an analytical role focused on business data analysis, process improvement, and software deployment.
• Experience in customer-facing solution consulting, sales engineering, IT or management consulting, business software/SaaS, or an analytics center of excellence.
• Knowledge of business software and SaaS applications such as SAP or Oracle.
• Experience implementing RPA or BI tools and building dashboards, apps, or action flows.
• Experience identifying process-improvement use cases and deploying improvement measures.
• Experience with change management and training users or process owners.
• Project management experience, including scope, expectations, timelines, and multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Hands-on experience with process-mining tools and technologies.
• SQL and Python experience.
• Domain knowledge in supply chain, finance, CPG, BFSI, or manufacturing.
