Manages a portfolio of SMB advertisers and agencies by advising on digital advertising strategy, executing and optimizing campaigns, and driving measurable growth. Requires client relationship management experience, campaign analytics, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of small and medium-sized advertisers and agencies; identify growth opportunities and risks and build plans to meet or exceed client goals.
- Advise clients on advertising products, campaign setup, targeting, creative, measurement, and best practices.
- Execute, optimize, and analyze campaigns using internal tools and dashboards; translate performance data into recommendations.
- Conduct outreach and business reviews to strengthen relationships, uncover opportunities, and improve results.
- Identify account stakeholders and help shape digital marketing plans.
- Resolve campaign and operational issues; escalate process gaps and provide feedback to product and tools teams.
- Support contract, renewal, billing, and collections processes with Sales Finance.
- Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to deliver a consistent client experience.
- Mentor newer teammates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2–3+ years of experience in digital advertising, sales, marketing, media account management, or consulting.
- Experience building and growing client relationships, managing multiple accounts, and handling competing priorities.
- Ability to translate marketing objectives into campaigns and optimize them using performance data.
- Strong written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with ownership and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of the digital advertising landscape and competitive platforms.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience managing SMB or mid-market advertisers and meeting growth or revenue targets.
- Familiarity with social and platform advertising products, including X Ads.
- Ability to use data and questioning to uncover insights, address objections, and develop recommendations.
- Experience mentoring or onboarding teammates.
Compensation and Benefits
- $72,000–$95,000 USD base salary plus commission.
