Responsibilities
- Source qualified opportunities for the sales team and drive pipeline growth.
- Learn the BuildOps product, messaging, commercial construction industry, sales methodology, and internal technology.
- Meet monthly pipeline goals and provide feedback to leadership.
- Learn and use Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Seamless.AI.
- Make 70+ prospecting calls per day.
- Schedule strategic email sequences to support prospecting.
- Strive to exceed goals for opportunities created and closed-won business.
- Participate in recurring sales training.
- Travel 5–10% between sales opportunities across the United States and Canada.
