What You'll Do
Own Replit's product positioning and messaging. Define how the market understands Replit and develop messaging frameworks for technical users, non-technical builders, and enterprise buyers.
Drive product launches end-to-end, from roadmap integration to go-to-market execution that drives awareness, adoption, and revenue.
Build competitive intelligence program including battlecards, win/loss analysis, and market maps to improve sales win rates.
Create sales enablement materials like pitch decks, one-pagers, objection handling guides, and ROI frameworks.
Support PLG and SLG motions by partnering with marketing teams for content, campaigns, and narratives.
Translate technical capabilities into compelling storytelling for diverse audiences.
Set high bar for content quality across all PMM outputs.
Build foundation for Partner Marketing with positioning frameworks and co-marketing playbooks.
Build and lead a high-performing PMM team.
What You Bring
15+ years of marketing experience with at least 7 years leading product marketing teams at high-growth B2B technology companies, ideally in AI, infrastructure, or platform businesses.
Deep experience across product-led growth and sales-led go-to-market motions.
Exceptional positioning and messaging instincts for complex audiences.
Strong technical acumen on AI agents, cloud infrastructure, and software workflows.
Track record building competitive intelligence programs that improve win rates.
