VP of Product Marketing

Leads product marketing function owning positioning, messaging, launches, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement for dual PLG and enterprise sales motions. Requires 15+ years marketing experience with 7+ years leading PMM teams in high-growth B2B tech, ideally AI/infrastructure.

What You'll Do

  • Own Replit's product positioning and messaging. Define how the market understands Replit and develop messaging frameworks for technical users, non-technical builders, and enterprise buyers.
  • Drive product launches end-to-end, from roadmap integration to go-to-market execution that drives awareness, adoption, and revenue.
  • Build competitive intelligence program including battlecards, win/loss analysis, and market maps to improve sales win rates.
  • Create sales enablement materials like pitch decks, one-pagers, objection handling guides, and ROI frameworks.
  • Support PLG and SLG motions by partnering with marketing teams for content, campaigns, and narratives.
  • Translate technical capabilities into compelling storytelling for diverse audiences.
  • Set high bar for content quality across all PMM outputs.
  • Build foundation for Partner Marketing with positioning frameworks and co-marketing playbooks.
  • Build and lead a high-performing PMM team.

What You Bring

  • 15+ years of marketing experience with at least 7 years leading product marketing teams at high-growth B2B technology companies, ideally in AI, infrastructure, or platform businesses.
  • Deep experience across product-led growth and sales-led go-to-market motions.
  • Exceptional positioning and messaging instincts for complex audiences.
  • Strong technical acumen on AI agents, cloud infrastructure, and software workflows.
  • Track record building competitive intelligence programs that improve win rates.
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top talent.
  • High influence across cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Comfort in fast-paced AI industry.
  • Portfolio demonstrating high content quality.

Nice to Have

  • Experience at AI or platform company changing software development.
  • Background in B2C and B2B marketing.
  • Analyst relations experience (Gartner, Forrester).
  • Supporting field marketing and enterprise events.
  • Building partner or co-marketing programs.
  • Familiarity with AI software creation landscape.
  • Personal experience using AI-powered tools.
